SECTION 22 — NON-RETURNABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Jaiella is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information may incur additional shipping fees.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, associated return shipping fees, customs charges, handling expenses, or carrier penalties may be deducted from any eligible refund.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 36 — DELIVERY INVESTIGATION PROCESS
If a customer reports a missing shipment or delivery issue, we may initiate an investigation with the relevant shipping carrier prior to approving any replacement or refund.
Carrier investigations may require several business days depending on the logistics provider.
Customers may be required to provide additional information or supporting documentation during this process.
Refunds or replacements relating to delivery issues may only be approved once the carrier confirms loss or misdelivery where applicable.
SECTION 37 — PHOTO EVIDENCE FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Supporting evidence should include the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in claim denial.
